We can attend on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. I am very aware that some blocks are very large and need to have a weekly visit whereas others are smaller and would require less time. We are always very pleased to have a new block – whatever the size.
Also, you may feel that less visits are necessary during the winter months so we are very flexible to accommodate any wishes.
We carry out a full grass cutting service, weed the beds, prune and shape the bushes, pick up the litter and in the winter we are always very busy clearing up leaves. We also spray driveways and paths with a weedkiller on a quarterly basis to keep the weeds down as much as possible.
We currently have in excess of 30 blocks. For your information we offer the same service for the cleaning of the communal areas so if you require both of these services we would be happy to carry out both but if you only want one then that’s fine too. I would love to have an informal chat with you about what you want and tell you a bit more about ourselves. Why not give me a call.
We have been looking after this large site for quite a while now attending every other week. There are extensive grounds to mow, from the photos you can see the front and there is the same again round the back and side. There is also a lot of weeding and shrub pruning.
We also need to top up the bark chippings which we can do for you. In the autumn we go here every week as there is an abundance of leaves to get cleared. As you can see we are very flexible and give each site the individual service that they require following on from regular contact.
We have looked after this block for the past few years and attend every week. these two blocks are set in large grounds with plenty of grass to mow with beds to attend to and bushes to cut and in the winter there is an abuncance of leaves.
We attend this block every other week to look after the grounds. They mainly consist of a large car park which needs litter picking.
There are some flower beds to weed and prune together with perimeter laurel hedges which we like to keep ‘boxed’ and looking smart
This is another one of our weekly blocks with lots of perimeter hedging and loads of leaves to clear up in the winter together with the normal maintenance duties.
We have maintained this block now for a couple of years.
When we first took it over it was completely neglected and we have now transformed the grounds into a restful area where the residents can enjoy the gardens.
We have just taken over maintenance of this block.
We have cut the front hedge into a good shape – it was really overgrown – we still need to get the ivy off the fence and then we can make our way round the back which needs a lot of attention.
