This service was originally introduced for our block management and housing estate customers, as an extension to our communal cleaning and maintenance service. We are extremely competitive and are able to complete most jobs within a 24-hour turnaround from initial request – much to the satisfaction of our clients – and always provide ‘before and after’ photographs to report and evidence that the work has been completed.
Bin Store Sanitisation
With the increase in infectious diseases and the obvious Health & Safety implications, maintaining the highest possible degree of cleanliness and sanitisation in Communal Bin Store Areas is of paramount importance.
We are often called out to provide ‘short-notice’ remedial site visits to handle Bin Store Areas, especially after residents or local Housing Officers have reported an incidence of waste build up, including contamination.
As part of our service, we will attend the site, remove any bulk items (if this service has been requested) and then thoroughly clean the bin stores floor areas to include collecting-up and disposing of all localised dry and wet waste. This includes sweeping up any loose items of debris after which a full sanitisation spraying service is applied with the use of a powerful disinfectant.
