For most of our clients we provide weekly or fortnightly communal cleaning visits, covering all of the general internal and common areas.
Our professional operatives take pride in maintaining high standards of cleaning across all entrance and internal areas, keeping all spaces
as clean and presentable as possible. Our managed service includes prompt reporting of any observed maintenance issues, and if required,
we can immediately rectify any minor repairs or maintenance issues on the spot, such as bulb replacement, stair tread repairs, as well as
providing other maintenance services such a change of tenancy lock barrel and key replacement, intercom repairs, jet washing of bin areas
and large item waste removal and secure disposal (eg, fridge/freezers, mattresses, etc.). We also provide a ‘PureWater’ professional
window cleaning service at any site as required.
